LOTOS Systems Pty Limited (LOTOSS) is a joint venture company, founded and backed unequivocally by two Canberra based leading defence industry sector consulting, project management and service provision companies, LOPAC Pty Limited and TOSA Pty Ltd. The Company draws on, and focuses, the unique capabilities of its constituents to analyse, scope, plan, implement and manage complex defence oriented projects. LOTOSS was established in Canberra specifically to enhance its capabilities to interface with the Department of Defence and related areas. LOTOSS constituent employees are predominantly ex-ADF military officers with more than 150 years of ADF experience providing a thorough understanding of ADF operations, policies, culture and acquisition systems.

LOTOSS has, in recent years, successfully completed strategic analyses, operational studies and related project management tasks for Defence, Coastwatch and industry related to surveillance, response, ranges and weapons evaluation systems.
